Fees are outlined in programme proposals or during checkout. Payments must be completed in accordance with agreed schedules. Late payments may incur administrative charges.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund policies are provided with each programme. Bufobokmfo reserves the right to cancel or postpone programmes, offering alternative dates or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Bufobokmfo remain our intellectual property. Users receive a non-transferable licence for personal or internal organisational use.

9. User Contributions

Content shared by users during programmes may be used to enhance collaborative learning. Users must ensure contributions do not infringe third-party rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

Bufobokmfo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable programme.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the competent courts in Coimbra, Portugal.
